Being new at this I did watch, You Tube for some help. With so many videos out there, I sure found out how and tried it.
First of all I used the water color paper from CTMH. I cut it to 3 3/4 x 4 1/8. I then stamped it with versa mark with the stamp set Altenew "Thoughts and Reminders", using the embossing powder Wow "Metallic Copper" to finish the words. Look at that shine, love this embossing powder.
Then I masked taped it to my craft mat to hold it still and try to make it not crinkle as much.
I added quit a bit of water on it to make it really wet so the colors would run.
For my colors I used distress inks, Fried Brick, Mustard seed, Seedless Preserves, and Salty ocean.
I simply put some color on a stamp block, and added water to it, and with a paintbrush added the color to the wet paper and let the water do its work. I did the same for all these colors. I then took a paper towel and picked up excess water and softly dabbed it over all the colors so that's how you see some different colors in some of them. Then took my heat gun to dry it all the way. I also applied some Tatter Angels glimmer mist, to give it all a nice shine.  Easy yes and fun.
I applied this to a 4 1/2 x 5 3/4 black card stock. On the bottom of the card I added some twine simply wrapped around it three times.
There you go, my challenge is done and what fun I had.
Don't forget to check out each different blog below to see what they all created.
